Return & Refund Policy 

We value our customers and above all, want you to be happy with your order. However, if for some reasons you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact us and provide your order number as well as any additional concerns about your purchase to orders@playplanet.us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Please make sure that the items were delivered in the last 14 days, in original packaging, were not used or damaged, and you have proof of purchase. An Return Authorization number will be issued for your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that it is normal for wooden toys to have natural markings and they are not considered product defects. 

Once we have received and checked your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Play Planet reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

 

Refunds

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The original shipping on the order is non-refundable. 

 

Final Sale

Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale.

 

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to Play Planet
Play Planet cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Play Planet is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of received return delivery.

 

Exchanges

Depending on stock availability, we can try our best to exchange items to the best of our ability.

 

Gifts

Products purchased as a gift may be returned in exchange for a gift e-card. The cost of shipping the product back to Play Planet will be paid for by the customer.

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned product is received, a gift e-card will be emailed to you.

If the products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
